Here is a letter by B K Schreuder, Head of the Education Department of the Western Cape Government. It has been sent to all Principals of Public Special Schools and their School Governing Bodies.

It deals with the Amended Regulations to Basic Education covered in the recent Government Gazette of 2 August 2020.

It deals with timetables and calendar dates and the different return dates of the various grades and categories of Learners. All parents should read it.
